General terms and conditions

These general conditions apply to all purchases made via our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Order and agreement

When you place an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the right to enter into a contract. An order is not binding until it has been confirmed by us via e-mail. By clicking on the "Buy" icon during the ordering process, and after (i) reading the General Terms and Conditions and checking the content of the order and (iii) where applicable, after changing it, the buyer declares that he fully and unreservedly accept all these terms. After confirming again the content of his order (double click) and accepting his obligation to pay for the order, the Buyer will definitively validate his order through his effective payment including delivery costs. The order will only be valid and taken into account when paying the product price. AL AYOUBY MONA ASMA informs the buyer about the order by sending an order confirmation email. Once the order has been confirmed, the order information will remain available to the buyer in the "My Orders" section of the website. It should be noted that AL AYOUBY MONA ASMA may reserve the right not to validate an order and/or to suspend the execution of the Buyer's order, even after sending the order confirmation by email (as above), for any legitimate reason, particularly in the event as:

the order does not comply with the seller's general terms and conditions;

the quantities of products ordered do not correspond to normal use by a consumer buyer;

several serious and consistent elements would give rise to suspicion of fraud on the order.

 

3. Prices and payment

The price includes VAT and is in Moroccan dirhams. The price excludes delivery costs, taxes and customs clearance costs if the product or all products that make up an order are subject to these costs and taxes. Where applicable, these costs and taxes are added to the price of the product prior to the final validation of the order. The final price including VAT displayed and specified at the time of validation of the order by the buyer represents the exact price that will be charged in advance payment. Payment on our website can be made in the following ways:

Credit and Debit Cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. The payment is processed securely via a third-party payment solution.

 

4. Delivery

We aim to ship your order as soon as possible. Delivery time can take up to two weeks within Morocco. Outside up to 4 weeks. If the delivery time is exceeded, please contact us at: beautybyazza@gmail.com

 

5. Right of withdrawal

5.1 The principle of the right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legal provisions, the Customer has a cancellation period of seven (7) days from the day of receipt of the order. This right of withdrawal does not particularly apply:

for the purchase of perishable goods, such as food;

for the purchase of delivery of audio or video recordings, computer software, when they have been released by the customer;

for the purchase of products made according to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized.


The right of withdrawal is exercised at the Customer's expense according to the conditions specified below. In accordance with legal provisions, the consumer buyer has a cancellation period of seven (7) calendar days for all purchased products from the day of receipt of the product in his order. The consumer The buyer may, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of the return costs which remain his responsibility, return any item in a condition that allows it to be resold (this provided that it is returned in its original packaging or at least in packaging that allows equivalent protection of said item during its return transport) and request a refund. To return one or more products, the consumer buyer must contact the AL AYOUBY MONA ASMA customer relations center at customer service or online on the website to request a return and refund.

The return and refund process is detailed in the "Returns and Refunds" sections. Once the return request has been revalidated by the AL AYOUBY MONA ASMA customer center, the package must be picked up by a delivery person or sent by post depending on the buyer's residence to the AL AYOUBY MONA ASMA warehouse to check the product's salability. This control of the returned product will generate a return to the buyer by e-mail if the refund is granted, indicating the conditions and deadlines for the refund or by calling the Customer Relations Center if the refund is refused to explain the reasons for the refusal. If a refund is refused because the item is no longer resalable, the item can be sent back to the buyer and the return costs remain at the buyer's expense, paid on delivery and will be notified to the buyer before reshipment. The return of a package must be carefully prepared according to the instructions of the AL AYOUBY MONA ASMA Customer Center, it must in particular be returned with all supplied accessories in the original packaging or, at least in packaging that allows equivalent protection of the product, and sent to the address of the competent service notified to the consumer buyer by AL AYOUBY MONA ASMA customer service. The consumer buyer has a period of seven (7) days for all products regardless of country of delivery to return the product to be returned. From the date of the return and refund request by the buyer, AL AYOUBY MONA ASMA:

has fourteen (14) days to replace the consumer buyer;

may postpone the refund until the item has been recovered.


AL AYOUBY MONA ASMA will reimburse the consumer the Buyer on order after checking the merchantability of the returned product and this through the same means of payment used to pay for their order. Thus, if the consumer buyer paid for their order with a credit card, AL AYOUBY MONA ASMA will reimburse the consumer buyer by re-crediting their credit card.

Oil-based products cannot be returned unless there is a defect. If an order is returned and you want it sent again, you are also responsible for the shipping. Refunds can only be made if the delivery time is exceeded or if products arrive in poor condition.

6. Products delivered damaged

When you receive your order, you must check the condition of the package(s) received and report any deficiencies on the delivery note or refuse delivery. In the event that, after accepting the package, you notice that the ordered product is damaged, you can notify us:

by contacting AL AYOUBY MONA ASMA customer service; Or

by logging into your customer area.

and this no later than three (3) calendar days after receiving your order.


7. Personal data

The information stored by cookies, for a limited period of validity, refers in particular to the pages visited, the ads you have clicked on, the type of browser you use, your IP address, the information you have entered on a website to save you from having to enter them again. In accordance with the regulations, we inform you that you can oppose the recording of these cookies by configuring your terminal according to the versions of the browsers you use.
AL AYOUBY MONA ASMA, processes users' personal data, in particular the collection, storage, transmission and use of data in accordance with Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, within the framework of the "Marketplace Handling" has been declared to the CNDP.

In this perspective, AL AYOUBY MONA ASMA undertakes to (i) provide clear information about how personal data will be processed, (ii) take the necessary measures to protect the collected personal data.

 

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Changes come into effect when they are published on the website.

9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These general conditions are governed by Moroccan law.
